Test making a queue private

We should test if this has the desired behavior:

• Test 1 --> IT DOES NOT WORK

• Make a queue public

• Another user add the queue to its benchmark as the queue is public

• Make the queue private

• Check if the benchmark is back to default queue

• Test 2 --> IT WORKS

• Use a queue in a benchmark

• Delete the queue

• Check if the benchmark is back to default queue
