Change button group at the bottom of the editor

Current button group: Having two save buttons with different functionality is visually cluttery and confusing. Only have one save button: and that button should always return you to the competition detail page. There should be a checkbox (in the same button group? or somewhere on the "detail" tab?) that determines whether a competition is published or hidden.
