Failed to change the default queue

I have created a queue named deconbench_queue and made it public.

When I try to change it online via the competition editor, the change is not saved when clicking the 'save' button:

When I try to specify it in the bundle, .yaml file, I get an error message when trying to upload the bundle on the platform.
