Compute workers update

The changes from #1161 are deployed on the compute worker of codabench-test server, under the tag codalab/competitions-v2-compute-worker:test.

Once it is tested and validated, we need to build the images codalab/competitions-v2-compute-worker:latest and codalab/competitions-v2-compute-worker:nvidia and push them to dockerhub.

For the changes to take effect, all compute workers will need to be restarted (stop and destroy container, pull new image, recreate container, procedure detailed in #1127).

Shell plus update

To reflect the changes from #1151, we may need to rebuild the containers using docker-compose build --no-cache.
