twisted_certifi_requests

Upgraded the following packages:

• Twisted - PR from dependabot - 1623 (need to close after this)
• Certifi - PR from dependabot - 1513 (need to close after this)
  • Wasn't explicitly upgraped in pyproject.toml but rather as a consequence of upgrading requests
• Requests - PR from dependabot - 1489 (need to close after this)

Closed PRs:

• Gunicorn - 1495 (was upgraded by https://github.com/codalab/codabench/pull/1593)
• Jinja2 - 1494 (was upgraded by https://github.com/codalab/codabench/pull/1593)
• Pillow - 1493 (was upgraded by https://github.com/codalab/codabench/pull/1593)

Description

• Upgrading 3 packages
• Reducing the list of dependabot PRs as some were closed already.

PS: Removed compute_worker "README.md" entry from the pyproject.toml.
