Optimization `PR#2 Update` Submissions count

A brief description of the purpose of the changes contained in this PR.

This PR is an update of #1669 and fixes the following problems:

  • Counting script is updated to count only parent submissions
  • Delete multiple submissions is updated to delete submission using the modal's delete function to trigger decrement of the count
  • Increment of submissions in save function updated to increment only for parent submissions
