Styling the phase submission page and competition details

Placeholder Brendan requested to merge submission_styling into develop

TODO:

  • Mobile-first styling for competition detail page

  • List parent and child submission phases for submission uploads. UX/UI work needed

  • Active phase and completed phases are reactive to class-changes

  • Graphing with hook to websocket if possible would be ideal

  • Clean up “Max Submissions” and such section w/ labels (currently too verbose)

  • Fix form modal

  • Show list of existing submissions for currently selected phase

  • Show deadlines (phase / competition)

  • Add additional information to submission, like description, “method used” (like what machine learning method), bibliography

  • Final polishing
