Merge pull request #258 in G/fastr from ~ZBYNEK.SLAJCHRT_ORACLE.COM/fastr:all-builtin to master 

* commit '155f7c42':
  TestRecommendedPackages started failing due to the new implementation of the All builtin that newly produces some warnings. This commit fixes that problem by adding Ignored.OutputFormatting trait in the respective test assertion.
  logical naRm arguments in Quantifier changed to boolean ones
  Builtins Any and All re-implemented using CP
