Fixed argument passing for builtins based on RWrapperBuiltinNode (max, min, sum...) and added a check for parameterNames and specialization signatures being of same length (+ fixed the outliers triggered by the tests)

Extended implementation of "min", "max" and "sum" functions (in particular, they now handle the "na.rm" parameter).
