Fixed implementation of the "doDetGeReal" function end enabled b25.matfunc-3 benchmark (after a temporary hack to enable correct argument passing). Disabled compilation for "Recall" function as Truffle cannot handle deeply recursive calls that way. Removed comment that was no longer applicable.

Fixes to Truffle compilation problems. Refactoring of the trufflerizer code. Updated to newer Graal version.

Added support required to implement a skeleton of the "sort" function required to run b25.matcal-3 benchmark. Using replacement functions on vector and field accesses is also working now.
