Vector names are now correctly propagated to the result of a matrix access also in case of the resulting matrix being empty. Fixes to printing of empty matrices for complex and raw types. Started implementing vector accesses for number of dimensions > 2.

Further enhancements to matrix access support (NA values in indexes, logical index vectors, string indexes and index vectors).
