Add Privacy Policy to app
I have been doing some more reading on requirements for apps on the Google and Apple app stores. I also found, when publishing the app to the Google Play Store, that the Google Play Console points out that, although we say our app does not contain ads (it doesn't, except for ads displayed indirectly when viewing news sites, which I believe is unrelated since the app itself is not serving the ads), it does contain the Facebook SDK, which all Expo apps do, which includes the Facebook Ads SDK. This is discussed in this article, and it's a bit troubling: https://hackernoon.com/how-expo-is-fooling-everyone-mc1r34i6
Expo's own documentation is a little unclear about the specifics of this:
Additionally, a number of developers have reported warnings from Google if their app does not have a privacy policy, since by default all Expo apps contain code for requesting the Android Advertising ID. Though this code may not be executed depending on which Expo APIs you use, we still recommend that all apps on the Google Play Store include a privacy policy as well.
I wish it explained exactly "which Expo APIs" use the advertising ID, though I believe it's probably APIs that actually display ads, which we are not using. Nevertheless, even though we don't use them, they're baked into the app.
I have also found a few horror stories on the web of peoples' apps getting pulled for not having a Privacy Policy because of this.
Expo's docs also state:
Starting October 3, 2018, all new iOS apps and app updates will be required to have a privacy policy in order to pass the App Store Review Guidelines.
So this is an absolute requirement to publish the app for iOS.
