A big patch by Hartmut and me that does nearly nothing:

* replace the C type 'integer' by C native 'int'
  throughout the luatex sources

* add do_zround() function to utils/utils.c
  (to replace the zround() from lib/zround.c)

* drop one of the web2c include files from image/epdf.h
  (no longer needed)
