Some minor fixups in the luatex documentation (see https://github.com/TeX-Live/texlive-source/pull/75) (thanks to https://github.com/atticus-sullivan).

For PNG, we no longer set the attr on the mask. If we get a report about dropping this we could add a 'maskattr' feature, but one should consider to include a correct pdf of the image instead, it's more robust. LuaTeX 1.19.2 .

Default output of \tracingmacros as in pdftex; texconfig.trace_extra_newline adds a newline in \tracingmacros as before (H.Hagen).

New commandline switch --[no-]check-dvi-total-pages  exit when DVI exceeds 65535 pages (default: check). This breaks backward compatibility.

New binding for in_name_ok, out_name_ok from kpathsea.When status.kpse_used = 1 io.open checks if the filename is ok with in_name_ok or out_name_ok.

lua.setluaname(n, s) and lua.getluaname(n): fixed mismatch between documentation and implementation (J. Friedrich).
