If the user closes the window and then continues with some drawing,
GNU R re-opens the window. FastR now does the same.

So that e.g. rectangles that supposed to be right next to each other in grid's
coordinate system do not have one pixel gap between them when converted to the
AWT coordinates.

To be compatible with GNU R and with what graphical packages are probably expecting.

It turns out some .Internals are happy with getting a promise as an argument.
Example of this is lazyLoadDBinsertValue, which is in makeLazyLoadDB invoked
with result taken from another internal getVarsFromFrame, which is supposed
to return a promise.
