replace function pdf_new_objnum() by pdf_create_obj()
rename macros bp2int, int2bp to bp2sp, sp2bp

rm pdf_newline_char macro

pdf_end_dict(), pdf_end_obj().

(was previously #included)

(only dvi/font/image/lang/lua/ocp/pdf/tex/utils), and indent

* replace the C type 'integer' by C native 'int'
  throughout the luatex sources

* add do_zround() function to utils/utils.c
  (to replace the zround() from lib/zround.c)

* drop one of the web2c include files from image/epdf.h
  (no longer needed)
